Our Team

Back in 1984, founder Maqbool Ahmed, a newly qualified Accountant, took the plunge and bought his first property in inner city Birmingham. With a dream to transform rundown properties into family homes, Maqbool built a small portfolio of properties and before long branched out into commercial units too.

By 1992, the growing needs of an expanding group of developments, Maqbool recruited the skills of his brother Fazal. Between them they continued to grow the business recruiting further family members along the way.

Now one of the biggest property development groups in the midlands, team members Zafran, Zahir and Faqrah join Maqbool and Fazal developing and managing a broad portfolio of hundreds of properties, from a one bedroom flat in Shirley to a new build 36 flat luxury development in Moseley.
